Every day should be an egg day! Check out all these highlights of how we cooked those egg-cellent Japanese eggs generously donated by Freds 日本卵 味珍味 Aji-No-Chinmi, and also how we gave out these heartfelt prepared eggs with meal boxes. Simple but full of nutrition and love. In the meantime, Japan Egg Day is on November 5th every year, making this donation even more special as we celebrate the power of eggs together. Eggs contain high-quality protein and a variety of vitamins, earning them the reputation as "almost perfect" nutritious food. The Japan Egg Association recommends eating 2 eggs daily
