Our ongoing committed support for people affected

Our ongoing committed support for people affected

On 26 November, 2025, a catastrophic five-alarm fire broke out at Tai Po Wang Fuk Court, displacing over 1,900 households and leaving countless families without a home. In the wake of this tragedy, Foodlink Foundation has swiftly mobilized its resources to provide critical food assistance to those in need. Our team is working closely with local NGOs to deliver food and essential supplies to the affected families staying in temporary shelters and relief stations.

As recovery in Tai Po will be a lengthy and challenging process, Foodlink is adopting a long-term, phased approach to ensure that our support for local residents remains sustainable.

We urgently appeal to the public for donations to support our efforts and help those affected by this disaster. The road to recovery will be heartbreaking for many, and the Fund will enable us to continue providing essential food assistance (hot meals, meal packs, supermarket vouchers) to those in need in the weeks and months to come.
